A good place to start is www.greenyouroffice.co.uk, which will point you towards sellers of recycled paper, as well as the local recycling authority, which will provide you with information on recycling schemes in your area.

In some cases, these will be free, although others may charge you depending on the amount of paper your business uses.

It’s also relatively easy to recycle toner print cartridges. All the major printing manufacturers – including Brother, HP and Kyocera Mita – operate free toner and drum-recycling schemes.

In many cases, these simply require you to visit the manufacturer’s website and request a recycling bag that will be posted to you. After that, you bundle your toner cartridges into the bag and return them, free of charge, to the manufacturer, which will refill the usable ones or recycle the damaged ones to make new cartridges.
