I hate USB cables. Not only can you never find one when you need one, once you have one you’ll probably find that the cable is frayed, the housing is split or the damn thing just doesn’t work.

That’s where this Indiegogo-funded USB cable comes in. Supposedly indestructable, the ZUS Kevlar Cable – yes, kevlar – manages to survive being used as a rope to pull a car and lift weights, as well as taking up the role of a dog’s chew toy. It’s not often that I can say I’ve been sucked in by a USB cable – in fact, I don’t think I’ve ever said that before – but I’m genuinely amazed by what the Kevlar Cable can do.
Why I’d need a USB cable as durable as that is another reason altogether. But that doesn’t stop me from watching this video on repeat.
