So far these cases have all been fairly standard, but there are plenty of more innovative solutions available.

The NZXT Hush grabbed our attention thanks to its layer of foam noise-insulation inside the sides, top and base, which gives it a silent advantage over the rest. To ensure this doesn’t cause overheating there are two 120mm fans.
As if five hard disk bays weren’t enough, every drive bay in the case has a wonderfully simple release lock mechanism to ease expansion and customisation. In fact, our only real complaint is the lack of quick-release latches on the case’s rear expansion slots.
The front door is stylish and angular, and the £59 price isn’t too much higher than the standard Jeantech case. Therefore, if you’re worried about noise, the Hush is an excellent solution.
