The Black Friday 2017 deals continue to amass. The latest is an extensive set of bargains from Hive, which make smart-home products like smartphone-controlled lights, doors and heating.
From 21 November to 1 December, Hive will be slicing 25% from a range of its products and services from its home range. These include:
- Hive Active Heating
- Hive Window or Door Sensor
- Hive Motion Sensor
- Hive Active Lights
- Hive Active Plug
If you’re looking to invest in smart-home technology, this could be a good opportunity to buy the kit at a reduced price. As well as the various offers on products, the company is offering 1 month free on “Hive plans” – giving the option to spread the cost of select installations over 12 months, interest free.

With the nights becoming colder, smart heating could be an appealing option. This technology essentially lets you control the heating in your home from a smartphone, or a home speaker like the Amazon Echo. If you’re heading back home on the train, you can set your home to be nice and toasty just in time for you to walk through the front door.
