Galaxy S9/S9+ – How to Block Calls

Sometimes, blocking calls is an unfortunate necessity. How do you rid yourself of unwanted callers on your Galaxy S9 or S9+?

Blocking an Incoming Call

4. Select Block Numbers

At this point, you can manually insert the number you want to block. You can also search for the number in your contacts. Additionally, you can search through Recent Calls to block people you haven’t saved as a contact. Make sure that the Block Numbers option is turned on.

There is another way to achieve the same result. Instead of going through Phone>Menu>Settings, you can find the number you want to block in your contacts or in your Recent Calls list.

When you tap on the number in question, you can see the caller details. But there is also a block button that you can select. This approach may be quicker, as long as you’re just blocking one number instead of several of them at once.

How Do You Block All Unknown Numbers?
