Xbox Games with Gold: August 2018 lineup tempts you indoors with For Honor and Forza Horizon

Xbox Games with Gold for August has just been announced by Microsoft. As we enter the last month of summer, Microsoft wants to reward us by tempting us inside for a full month with an incredibly strong lineup of free Xbox One and Xbox 360 games.

Carrying over from last month’s Xbox Games with Gold lineup is Death Squared, which hangs around until 15 August. From 1 August you’ll be able to get your hands on early Xbox One title, Forza Horizon 2 as well as Visceral Games’ last – and more action-focused – Dead Space 3.

From 16 August, Microsoft then switches out Death Squared for Ubisoft’s excellent historical multiplayer mashup For Honor until 15 September. On the Xbox 360 front, you’ll lose Dead Space 3 on 16 August in favour of the wonderfully enjoyable Epic Mickey 2 until the end of August.
