You want your students to feel engaged and invested in your teaching methods if you’re an educator. One way to do this is by creating a quiz on Google Classroom. They also clue educators into areas that may need more attention.

How to Make a Quiz in Google Classroom

Creating quizzes is an easy way to quickly assess your students’ knowledge of a topic and give them feedback on their progress. Once you have created the quiz, you can share it with the entire class or individual students as needed.

In this article, we’ll show you how to create a quiz on Google Classroom across various devices.

How to Make a Quiz on a PC in Google Classroom

When you want to make a quiz, you’ll probably want to do it on a PC because of the many benefits it offers.

First, you’ll have a large display where you can assemble all the tools you need. For example, you could open Google Classroom on one window and then draft your questions on another window before finally pasting the polished question into the quiz.

If you want, you can even connect additional screens and make more room for the items you need. For example, you may want to use a video-conferencing service to collaborate with other teachers as you make the quiz. Hosting your colleagues on one screen and then using the other for the actual editing can help declutter your screen and stay organized.

When running Google Classroom on a PC, you also have the opportunity to make the most of the other tools in the G Suite family, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.

Here’s how to make a quiz on Google Classroom on a PC:
