Schedule an Email – Desktops

If you’re using your PC or Mac follow these instructions to schedule your next email:

Step 1

Once logged in click on the Compose button.

Step 2

Type your sender information.

Step 3

Compose your email just as you normally would.

Step 4

Click the dropdown arrow next to the Send button.

Step 5

Click on the Schedule send option.

Step 6

Use one of the three available options or pick a specific date & time from the calendar.

Schedule an Email – Android

If you are using your Android phone or tablet, follow these instructions:

Step 1

Open the Gmail app and login then click on the Compose button.

Step 2

Type your sender information.

Step 3

Type your email and add any attachments that you need.

Step 4

Click on the three vertical dots next to the Send button.

Step 5

Click on the Schedule send option.

Step 6

Use one of the three available options or pick a specific date & time from the calendar.

Schedule an Email – iOS

iPhone and iPad users can follow these steps:

Step 1

Open the Gmail app on your device.

Step 2

Tap the ‘+’ symbol at the bottom to compose a message. Add your sender and the body of the email.

Step 3

Tap the three horizontal dots in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 4

Tap ‘Schedule Send’ from the menu that appears at the bottom.

Step 5

Select the date and time you’d like the email to send.
