Online services like Google Forms have made surveying infinitely easier. You can do a lot with them, from creating polls and surveys to getting insights into their results with just a few clicks. Fortunately, creating a survey using Google Forms is a straightforward process. All you need to get started is a Google Account. Read on to learn how to create a survey in Google Forms.

How to Use Google Forms to Make a Survey on a PC

To create a Google Forms survey on your PC, follow these steps.

1. Open the Google Forms website.
   
2. You’ll see several templates. Click the blank one to create a survey from scratch. You’ll be taken to the Questions tab of an empty form.
   
3. Enter your survey’s title and any description you want.
