Dennis launches iPad magazine… only on the iPad
PC Pro has a new sister title, Padder, dedicated to all things iPad.
Every fortnight Padder will showcase the best content available for Apple’s tablet, from apps to hardware, and will go on sale for £1.19 – but you can download the first issue for free via iTunes.
“Padder is a bold experiment,” claims Padder’s publisher, Paul Rayner. “It isn’t a print magazine that’s been hastily ported onto the iPad, but a magazine designed and built specifically for the iPad. We have deliberately kept the file size as small as possible, to avoid chewing up people’s download limits.”
The first issue includes reviews of the top 30 games, as chosen by the Padder team, plus a group test of five hi-fi speaker docks. You’ll also discover how to turn your iPad into a monitor.
