Mozilla has released security and stability updates for the Firefox Web browser.

Mozilla secures and stabilises Firefox

Firefox 2.0.0.2 addresses eight security vulnerabilities as well as several issues specific to Windows Vista and Linux. Nonetheless the release notes list several known issues that have yet to be fixed.

Mozilla has also patched Firefox 1.5, with version 1.5.0.10 addressing several security flaws. Mozilla notes that Firefox 1.5.0.x will be maintained with security and stability updates until 24 April 24, 2007, and recommends that all users upgrade to version 2.
