The new version of Microsoft’s business software suite for the Mac will enable users to export a presentation as a series of JPEG or PNG images to iPhoto. From there they can be synced with an iPod like any other album or event.

Conversely users will be able to add images from iPhoto within the PowerPoint application, much as you can using the media browser in Apple applications.
PowerPoint will also support the Apple Remote to navigate through slides.
Office for Mac 2008 is scheduled for release in the new year. New features are being previewed at macoffice2008.com.
