How to Clear Chrome Cache

1. Launch Chrome

Tap on the Chrome app and select More options (the three vertical dots).

Chrome will not open websites on oneplus six phone. Phone has been rebooted several times. Cache is cleared. Google search page appears but none of the sites will open. Wifi is on and working for other devices. I am not a techie! What to do next? May a new phone?
