Sennheiser PC 135 USB review

The PC 135 is light, robust and well made. It feels sturdier than the Plantronics .Audio 45 and is more comfortable than its own Sennheiser stablemate, the flexible PC 145. Not surprisingly, the two share many of the same components, including a cable-management spool, a noise-cancelling microphone and a digital adaptor to make the analog microphone and headphones USB savvy.

We have real difficulty understanding why Sennheiser priced these so close to the far inferior PC 145. Not only are these far more conventional in their design, they also rival the Plantronics .Audio 45 in the comfort stakes. The cable is 3m long and again features a clear volume control, mute switch and excellent cable-management system. Sound quality is first class and a price drop would see these get the thumbs-up, but right now they’re just too expensive to recommend.
