This highly configurable add-in, which provides menu access and a toolbar as well as a new tab on the Options dialog, gives you full control over printing within Outlook. One button press is all it takes to print an incoming or outgoing message with all attachments. You can also set up message rules that enable full automation of printing a paper-based archive of relevant emails and attachments. This is a big improvement over the default Outlook printing rules, not least because you can specify file types that are blocked and not to be opened/printed. What’s more, the print features extend beyond email to include notes, tasks and appointments.
