Sonos Bundle 130 review

The Sonos range is one of our very favourite media products (web ID: 87369), and there’s now a new entry-level package. For £699, you get two ZonePlayers, plus the excellent wireless controller. One of these needs a wired LAN connection, but both have WLAN onboard, with the ZP100 also comprising a four-port 10/100 Ethernet hub and the ZP80 two ports, as well as auxiliary, routable audio inputs on each. Point the system at your networked music folder, and you’ve got an astonishingly versatile and expandable multiroom music system, which also supports internet radio and, now, Pandora radio subscriptions. It isn’t cheap, but with support for lossless formats and superb engineering, this should be on every audiophile’s wishlist.
