If you wanted the world to absorb one fact about your field in a single sentence, what would it be? I guess mine – which I’ve been banging the drum about for a long time while consistently going over the word count – would be “governments have no power compared to internet giants”. That or “Spelunky is the greatest game of all time.”

But what about those on the cutting edge of scientific research? With so much willful and non-willful misunderstanding of the sciences, wouldn’t it be great if researchers did the same thought experiment? Good news – they’re doing it right now on Twitter.
