At the risk of stating the obvious: if you like Tomb Raider (particularly the original) you’ll like this. It’s arguably the best yet, showing thought, ambition and lavish attention to detail. It has enough compelling gameplay to keep you coming back and it also looks about as good as we’d expect until DirectX 10 comes along. So it’s happy birthday to Lara Croft.
