HeadBox, the online marketplace for events spaces, has had a major boost to its business, signing up marketing agency Dentsu Aegis to its new business dashboard.

The deal gives Dentsu Aegis the ability to search, book and pay for over 4,000 events venues across London and the UK, and it marks the first time one of the big five marketing agency groups has signed up to HeadBox.
According to Ali Lord, events manager for Dentsu Aegis Network UK & Ireland, HeadBox “offers us an impressive and diverse range of event spaces while also saving us both time and money. It makes the whole process of event booking really easy, simple and transparent across our growing network of UK agencies.”
Dentsu Aegis have access to a personalised corporate dashboard that manages multiple venue booking across teams, and includes managing payments and invoicing.
HeadBox was founded in 2015 and has grown from around 1,000 venues to over 4,000 today. It works like a kind of Airbnb for events venues, allowing anyone with a suitable space to make it available for events from under-used spaces. For people and businesses looking to hire a venue, it lets them more easily find, book and pay for spaces that might be more interesting and unusual than the run of the mill venue in a hotel.
