WATCH THIS: Slow-mo footage of a Call of Duty toy being blown up with real explosives

Have you heard of Mega Bloks? They’re a bit like Lego, but less sophisticated and intricate.

Still, the toy is abundantly popular. Especially when you blow it up with real explosives.

That’s what the guys over at Glorious Eye Candy have done. The group sprung up on YouTube just before Christmas, and the videos appear to be entirely focused on watching fun play equipment fly around in a haze of smoke and flames.

Back in December, Glorious Eye Candy blew up Star Wars: The Force Awakens Lego blocks. It was intense.

This time, it’s Mega Bloks’ turn. The game has become a little better recently. You can now construct your own Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 scenes. It’s like the video game, but, you know, “in real life”.

In any case, Glorious Eye Candy built a set using figures, boats, and other apparatus and then unleashed hellish fury on it all.

We don’t care if it’s supposed to be for children, the imagery is fun. It’s shot using a Phantom Flex camera, which records the action at 5,000 frames per second.

It’s worth a look…
