How to Change Channels on YouTube TV

As you know, the base YouTube TV subscription comes with 70 live TV channels. However, you can choose from numerous Premium channels as well. Therefore, you can’t change base channels as they’re the same for everyone, but you can change your Premium channels whenever you want. However, that’s not a one-click operation. If you wish to replace one channel with the other, you’ll first have to remove that channel before you can add another one.

How to Change Channels?

Although you may use a YouTube TV app on your Apple TV or Roku, the best way to change channels is by using your browser. Therefore, you can also do it from your laptop or even your phone. Open YouTube TV in the browser, log in with your credentials, and follow our step-by-step guide:

Click on your avatar in the top right corner.
Open the drop-down menu.
Enter the Settings.
Select Membership.
You’ll then see a list of all channels.
Find a channel you want to remove and uncheck the box next to it.
Then find a channel you want to add and click the checkbox next to it.
When you finish, click on Done.
A pop-up screen will appear to confirm your change, and you should click on Agree.
