So what else do we know about the Galaxy J6?

Samsung Galaxy J6 release date and price

The Galaxy J6 UK release date has been set for “this summer” and it will launch with selected partners. However, who these partners are and how late into the summer we can expect the phone is not yet known.

There’s no price attached to the device either, but going by previous J-line releases, it should cost around £200.

Samsung Galaxy J6 display and design

The Samsung Galaxy J6 has a 5.6in Super AMOLED full-front display, making it look somewhat premium. There are minimal bezels on the sides and the screen fills a good proportion of the phone’s front. The resolution isn’t fantastic, however, at 720 x 1,480.

Samsung Galaxy J6 specs and battery

The Galaxy 6 will run Android Oreo and is powered by an octa-core processor that runs at 1.6 GHz. There’s 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage available. Samsung hasn’t yet clarified what processor it will use, likely because it will be dependent on the region(s) of release.

Elsewhere, the Galaxy J6 is kitted out with an as-to-be-expected mid-range 3,000mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy J6 features: What can it do?

Samsung seems to have put some flagship features on the Galaxy J6. As stated above, it’s bringing AR Emoji to its budget line of phones for the first time.
