Sorting items seem to be a common-place for most online shopping services. But, unfortunately, Wish does not make that simple. If you want to see products arranged by price in Wish the feature is not currently available. However, the option to filter items by category, color, and rating using the app is pretty straightforward.

How to Sort by Price in the Wish App?
Although products cannot be displayed by price, the Wish algorithm tries to customize the items you see by getting to know your hobbies/interests, style, and budget based on your previous searches. The Wish filter assists shopping by narrowing down available items in a particular category, e.g., all leather shoes with a four- and above-star rating.

Refer a Friend
Wish rewards you for encouraging people to go shopping on their platform. The more people you introduce to Wish and sign up using your link, or the more existing users (who haven’t made a purchase in 30 days) you encourage to make a purchase, the more money you get to shop.
The money you receive is added to your “Wish Cash.” To get started from your mobile:
- Access the Wish App.
- Select the hamburger menu from the bottom right.

To apply your promo code to your order from your mobile:
- Access the Wish App.
- At the bottom of the screen, click on the Cart icon.
- Scroll down to “Order Summary.”
- Paste/type your promo code in the “Enter Promo Code” field.

The item may be free, but usually, you’d be expected to pay for the delivery. To search for free items on your mobile:

What’s the Wish App Catch?
The main inconveniences of shopping on Wish are:
• Very slow delivery times. Thanks to super cheap shipping rates and products shipped from China and other parts of Asia, deliveries taking somewhere from two to four weeks— sometimes more, is common.
• Products are not as described. There have been reports of counterfeit items being sold on Wish. Since products come directly from the manufacturers, quality control is not as good as Amazon or eBay. Some products are made using cheaper material, therefore the overall quality is low.
Try to get good quality items by reading the descriptions and reviews carefully.

How Do I Cancel an Order on Wish?
There is a narrow window to cancel your order. To arrange this using your mobile:
1. Access the Wish app.
2. Select the hamburger menu at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
3. Select “Customer Support” under the “Support” section.
4. At the bottom of the “Get Help” page, select “Contact Support.”
The Wish support chat assistant will be available to help with your order cancellation.

3. Select “Order History.”
4. Select the item you wish to cancel.

How to Use the Wish App Filters?
The Wish filter feature helps to focus your mobile search by displaying items by:

· Price
· Rating and
· Size
Via the desktop version, you can filter by:
· Rating
· Price and
· Shipping Method.
In this example, we’ll filter “Brand” items with a rating of four stars and up. To do this from your mobile:
1. Access the App.
2. Select “Brands” from the horizontal category displayed along the top.
3. Select the filter icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
4. To filter by “Size,” “Color,” or “Rating,” select the applicable option.
5. Select the option to be filtered by e.g., for Rating to see products with a four-star rating and up, select the first option “****& up.” Then “Done.”
The screen will now display Brand Deals where items received a four-or-more star rating.
From your desktop:
The filter feature appears to work differently via the desktop. For a start, the icon is not visible.
· To get the icon to appear, include the word “filter” as part of your search.
· Then by clicking on the filter icon you’ll have the option to filter items by “Rating,” “Price,” or “Shipping Method.”
Note: If for example you enter a “filter fashion” search, as well as getting the filter icon, some filter products will be included amongst fashion items Wish thinks you’d be interested in.
