What Is Mudae?
As we introduced briefly, Mudae is a bot designed for users to invite to their Discord servers. It lets users perform the following functions:
- Marry anime characters with the use of unique commands

- Let users play word games with each other
- Use word commands
- Use anime-related commands for different functions
- Start emote-based countdowns on a server
- Play with predictions
- Create random events
- Create embeds
- Configure Mudae itself
The bot is a creation of a user who goes by Saya Akdepskal. She updates the bot regularly, and any users can suggest new anime characters for addition to the database.
Today, Mudae has more than 65,000 “waifus” and “husbandos” available for marriage and divorce. The characters come from anime, manga, comics, and video games that have been officially published. For example, Rurouni Kenshin or Sword Art Online characters can make it in as waifus or husbandos.
The goal of having Mudae on your server is simple. You amass all the characters you want to marry and compete with friends to see who has the best harem of all.
What Do Keys in Mudae Do?
Keys are a leveling system for your characters in Mudae. The more key levels your character has, the more bonuses and customization options you get from them.
Key Levels in Mudae
Key Level One allows you to customize the characters embed color through a command. The command is “$embedcolor <character>$#<color hex code>”.
Let’s take a look at the levels.
Key Level Two will let the character give you 10% more Kakera value. Kakera is the currency you’ll primarily use when playing Mudae.
These two levels will result in a bronze Soul Key appearing and represent your current bond level with the character.
Level Three will result in Teal and Green Kakera being replaced by Orange Kakera from then on. Teal and Green Kakera crystals are worth 251-300ka and 401-500ka, respectively. Orange Kakera is worth 701-800ka.
Level Four will let the character get 10% more Kakera value. Level Five yields the same reward.
When you reach Level Three to Five, the Soul Key will become silver.
Level Six’s reward is that when you roll this character again, you’ll earn their Kakera value as well. The condition is that it caps at 4,500ka every three hours.
Levels Seven to Nine all give additional 10% boosts to Kakera value. Your character will be worth a lot more than before.
From Levels Six to Nine, you’ll get a Gold Soul Key.
Level 10 will result in Kakera reactions for this character costing half of the power for the owner. Any levels above 10 will result in a 5% additional Kakera value.
From Level 10 and beyond, the Gold Soul Key transforms into a Chaos Soul Key. This Soul Key is purple and green. At this point, the character enters your Soulmate list.
Soulmates won’t be erased if you divorce or trade them on the original server you play on, nor do they disappear with the use of Key reset commands.
Note that you need to set the “$personalrare” value to “1” to turn the Key system on, and it’s essential if you have Mudae in a small Discord server.
How to Get More Keys in Mudae
The only way to get Keys in Mudae is to roll the same character more than once. You must also own the character on the original server you played on. The characters you get from rolling are random, and you can’t do much to get more Keys except for playing for a long time.
It would be best if you claimed some characters every day. These extra characters continually grant you more Keys the more you claim them. Of course, you also need a lot of Kakera to claim them.
You can spend Kakera to get Silver Badges, which increase the chances of rolling them if they’re on your wishlist. Emerald Badges let you claim characters again through the “$resetclaimtimer” command.
Even so, patience is how you get more Keys. Rushing doesn’t help you get more Keys at all. Keep playing Mudae, and you’ll get more Keys naturally.
