A forgotten password within the Microsoft Office environment wasn’t too difficult to crack in days gone by, but Microsoft has rightly improved its levels of encryption schemes. Accent Office Password Recovery might seem like the perfect hacker accessory, but it’s much more powerful in the hands of the document author. Brute-force attacks are more successful if you use a set of password rules that only you know, such as whether you use lower caps or a dictionary word or not. Don’t expect a fast recovery, though: even a simple five-letter word and two digits can take hours to crack.
