Where do I find my account number or RadioID?

If you’re calling, chatting with a representative, or creating a new online profile, you will need your SiriusXM account number or RadioID. Fortunately, these numbers aren’t too hard to find.

Most car stereos will show display your RadioID (ESN or RID) when you tune to channel 0. However, some models may be different. If you don’t see your RadioID, SiriusXM has a list of instructions for each vehicle here.
