Are you feeling a little underpowered? Do you need more Primogems or adventure experience? If you’re not searching for Anemoculi and offering them to the Statues of the Seven, you’re missing out on a ton of extra perks.
Amenoculus offerings are the only way to increase your character’s stamina, and you get rare extras like Primogems and Anemo Sigils every time you do it.
If you’re lucky, you’ll happen across some Anemoculi by chance, but some are very well-hidden in the Monstadt landscape. In fact, some of them are in the last place you may think to look.
Keep reading to learn the locations of all 66 Anemoculi currently in the game as well as short descriptions and tips to obtain them.
How to Get Anemoculus in Genshin Impact
As you explore Monstadt, you’ll notice the wing-like Anemoculus icons start appearing on your map. Wandering around your surrounding is an organic way to discover new Anemoculi locations because they appear on the map whenever you get close to one.
However, it’s not the most efficient way to discover all 66 locations.
You can use an interactive map such as the one found on the official Genshin Impact website. Simply clear all the map markers and select “Anemoculus” to get an unobstructed view of each location for reference or use your in-game map.
Anemoculus Locations Region 1: Windrise (21 Anemoculus in total)
First, we will start hunting the Anemoculus down at Windrise:
- Final Stage in Temple of the Lion
This is a quest where you will enter the temple with Lisa and break the Anemo Amber that Dvalin uses to gain elemental power, by breaking this you will acquire the 1st Anemoculus and finish the quest in the temple.

Once you get out of the quest domain/dungeon, there is an Anemoculus at your right.
- Windrise Statue of the Seven – North
Floating above the small cliff in front of the Statue of the Seven. - Windrise Statue of the Seven – South
Need to climb up the tree in order to obtain the Anemoculus. - Windrise Statue of the Seven – South (Across the river)
Need to collect 3 Anemograna (Wind Seed) to form a wind current. Obtain the Anemoculus by utilizing the wind current. - Windrise Statue of the Seven – South East (Across the river)
Climp up the stone pillar nearby and fly towards the Anemoculus. - Windrise Statue of the Seven – North (Beside the road)
Floating above the small cliff near a tree beside the road. - Windrise Statue of the Seven – North East (In the tree canopy)
Located below near a cliff floating beside the tree. - Windrise Statue of the Seven – East (Beside the road)
At the top of the cliff beside the road facing the Statue of the Seven. - Windrise Statue of the Seven – East (On the edge of the cliff)
At the top of the cliff near the Teleport Waypoint at the lake of Springvale. - Windrise Statue of the Seven – South (In mid-air of the valley)
Located at the top floating near the cliff, to get this climb up first till you get to the top then glide over to the Anemoculus. - Windrise Statue of the Seven – South East (High Ground)
Need to collect 3 Anemograna (Wind Seed) to form a wind current. Obtain the Anemoculus by utilizing the wind current. - Windrise Statue of the Seven – South East (High up in the air)
Walk to the edge of the cliff and glide forward, there is a wind current below to push you up higher. If you are at low ground, directly jump then fly up directly from there, no need to climb the mountain. - Beside Dadaupa Gorge Teleport Waypoint
Need to collect 3 Anemograna (Wind Seed) to form a wind current. Obtain the Anemoculus by utilizing the wind current. - Dadaupa Gorge Waypoint – North West (High ground)
Need to climb up the nearby tree, then glide towards the Anemoculus to obtain it. - Dadaupa Gorge Sword Cemetery (On top of the crossing wood)
Go near the sword cemetery location to activate “Break the Cemetery Seal” questline. After completing the questline, you can finally climb up and collect the Anemoculus. - Dadaupa Gorge Sword Cemetery – North (Floating beside the cliff)
Climb up the nearest cliff to glide and obtain the Anemoculus. - Dadaupa Gorge Sword Cemetery – East (On top of stone pillar)
Unable to reach the platform on top of the stone pillar by climbing. You can glide from the cliff behind to obtain the Anemoculus. - Dadaupa Gorge Sword Cemetery – South (in Hilichurls largest camp)
You can walk at the side of the camp to sneak in while not making contact with hilichurls for a fight. After you reach the largest camp, simply obtain the Anemoculus.
- Cape Oath Waypoint – West
On the most bottom platform, can glide downwards from any higher altitude location. - Musk Reef
On top of the Spiral Abyss structure, you need to use the teleport portal at Cape Oath to reach there.
Anemoculus Locations Region 2: Starfell Valley (12 Anemoculus in total)
Second, the next location of the Anemoculus is located at Starfell Valley:
- Starsnatch Cliff – West
Covered by a pile of rocks, destroy the rocks using a sword or claymore then it will reveal the Anemoculus. - Thousand Winds Temple (On top of the damaged wall)
There is a ruin guard in this area. Recommendation: Your main character should be at least level 20 before going here. - Thousand Winds Temple (On top of the main entrance)
Climb the stone pillar of the temple to obtain the Anemoculus. - Whispering Woods – South East (High ground)
Climb the assembled stone pillar to obtain the Anemoculus. - Cider Lake (In between two islands)
The Anemoculus is floating in mid-air, to obtain this you need to activate the wind current with Anemo skills then glide. - Cider Lake – North Island
Activate the wind current with Anemo skills to obtain the Anemoculus from mid-air. - Mondstadt moat
Must climb the tree behind to gain high ground gliding towards the Anemoculus. - Stormbearer Point Teleport Waypoint – North West (Floating mid-air)
Even though there are Anemograna in this area, it is much better to climb the tower and glide towards the Anemoculus. - Stormbearer Point – North West (below the cliff)
On the most bottom platform, can glide downwards from any higher altitude location. - Stormbearer Point (Above the Teleport Waypoint on a cliff)
Climb the tower near it then glide towards the Anemoculus. - Stormbearer Point – North East (Beside the cliff)
Go down the cliff and grab the Anemoculus by the wall. - Starsnatch Cliff – East (Remote Island)
This island is very far from the Starsnatch Cliff, thus this Anemoculus is very hard to obtain.
You Need:
- Amber in your party (for her gliding talent)
- Food that restores stamina
- Stamina with at least 180 or prepare a lot of food
If you are unable to reach the remote island and your stamina is almost depleted, you can stay in the water and don’t move. Wait for the food to cool down to eat again for stamina restoration.
After reaching the remote island, you just need to climb the stone pillar and glide towards the Anemoculus.
Anemoculus Locations Region 3: Windwail Highland (21 Anemoculus in total)
Third, we’ll be hunting through Windwail Highland for 21 Anemoculus:
- Springvale Teleport Waypoint – South East (On top of house roof)
Jump and glide from the cliff to obtain the Anemoculus. - Springvale High Ground
Need to collect 3 Anemograna (Wind Seed) to form a wind current. Obtain the Anemoculus by utilizing the wind current. - Windwail Highland Statue of the Seven – East
Need to collect 3 Anemograna (Wind Seed) to form a wind current. Obtain the Anemoculus by utilizing the wind current. - Windwail Highland Statue of the Seven – North
Teleport from the Statue of the Seven then run towards the cliff above the Anemoculus then glide down to obtain it. - Dawn Winery
On the rooftop, climb the front porch of the house in order to access through the rooftop to obtain the Anemoculus. - Dawn Winery – South West
Must climb any trees that are tall nearby and glide towards the Anemoculus to obtain it. - Dawn Winery – South (Floating very high in the sky)
Need to collect 3 Anemograna (Wind Seed) to form a wind current. Activate the elemental monument with Anemo skills to access the wind rings. Obtain the Anemoculus by utilizing the wind current. - Wolvendom – South (On top of a stone pillar)
You can burn down the vine thorns that surrounds it with any pyro skills. Alternatively, you cam climb the pillar beside it and glide towards the Anemoculus. - Wolvendom – North (Below the cliff)
Climb up the cliff then glide down towards the Anemoculus. - Wolvendom – North (On the tree)
Climb up the tree to obtain the Anemoculus. - Wolvendom – North (Floating in mid-air)
Need to collect 3x Anemograna to activate wind current and pass through the wind rings. - Wolvendom – North
Covered by a pile of rocks, destroy the rocks using a sword or claymore then it will reveal the Anemoculus. - Wolvendom – North West (On the grass)
Walk towards the Anemoculus to obtain it. - Wolvendom – North West (Beside the cliff)
Glide towards the Anemoculus to obtain it. - Wolvendom – North (On the edge of the cliff)
Walk towards the Anemoculus to obtain it. - Wolvendom – West
Climb up the cliff in order to obtain the Anemoculus on the grass. - Brightcrown Canyon – South (On the tree)
Climb from the cliff above the tree then glide downwards to obtain the Anemoculus. - Brightcrown Canyon – South (Inside the pile of rocks)
Covered by a pile of rocks, destroy the rocks using a sword or claymore then it will reveal the Anemoculus. - Brightcrown Canyon Teleport Waypoint – North West
Need to glide down from a cliff as there is a wind barrier around the Anemoculus protecting it. - Brightcrown Canyon Teleport Waypoint – North West
Covered by a pile of rocks, destroy the rocks using a sword or claymore then it will reveal the Anemoculus under the stairs. - Brightcrown Canyon Teleport Waypoint – North East
Floating by the wind current and wind rings, either glide down from a cliff or glide upwards with the help of with wind current.
Anemoculus Locations Region 4: Stormterror’s Lair (12 Anemoculus in total)
Last but not the least, the remaining 12 Anemoculus will be located at the Stormterror’s Lair:
- Stormterror’s Lair Rooftop
You need to teleport to the waypoint at the rooftop and glide out from the hole available on the rooft and the wind current will bring you upwards. - Stormterror’s Lair (Not in the Main Tower)
You need to eliminate the Ruin Guard in order to get the Anemoculus safely by climbing the pillar. - Stormterror’s Lair – North
Glide towards the Anemoculus to obtain it. - Stormterror’s Lair – North West
Climb the nearby cliff then glide towards the Anemoculus to obtain it. - Stormterror’s Lair – West
Wind currents nearby are unable to push you to the height of the Anemoculus. You can glide from the Stormterror’s Lair Rooftop instead. - Stormterror’s Lair – South West (On a tree)
Climb up the highest branch of the tree then jump and glide to obtain the Anemoculus. - Stormterror’s Lair – South West (On top of a stone pillar)
Easily climb up the stone pillar to obtain the Anemoculus. - Stormterror’s Lair North Waypoint (On top of the broken stone structure)
Climb slowly the pillar until you reach the top to obtain the Anemoculus. - Stormterror’s Lair – North (Center of the lake)
Climb up the cliff beside the Anemoculus then obtain it by jumping towards it. - Stormterror’s Lair – North East
Utilize the wind current near the Teleport Waypoint to glide upwards to the Anemoculus on the broken stone pillar structure. - Stormterror’s Lair – North East
The Anemoculus is located at the most bottom of the hollow pillar. - Stormterror’s Lair – East
You need Anemo skills to enable the wind current from the Elemental Monument at the bottom and wind rings to collect the Anemoculus high up in the sky.
After collecting all of the 66 Anemoculus in Mondstadt, it’s time to offer it to a Statue of the Seven – Anemo! Offering an Oculi to a Statue of the Seven has a lot of benefits such as extending your Maximum Stamina, giving you Adventure Rank Exp, Primogems, and Anemo Sigils. Not only that but reaching the Maximum Level of your Statue of the Seven – Anemo gives you an achievement as well.
Every nation in Genshin Impact should give you at least one (1) extra Oculi that will soon be distinguish on what is gonna happen when all each Oculi from the Seven Nations is gathered!

What Are Anemoculus in Genshin Impact?
Anemoculi are Adventure items that may be offered to the Statues of the Seven for rewards. These special items are scattered across Monstadt and don’t respawn. There are 66 Anemoculi in total across the map. When you get near an Anemoculus, you’ll see a special icon for it on your in-game mini-map.
Grab Them All
If collecting Amenoculi isn’t on your to-do list, you may want to reconsider. These Adventure item offerings give you a host of benefits including higher stamina and Primogems. They’re not a necessity, but it doesn’t hurt to pay homage to the Seven with these hard-earned items. Plus, you never know when that extra boost of stamina will get you out of a sticky situation.
