How many times have you used your favorite search engine, hoping to find that someone has written an article or posted a video to help you solve the very specific IT issue plaguing you and your computer?
Wouldn’t it be nice if there were an AI assistant who could do that for you instead?
Iokoo AI wants to fill that IT assistant role, and in this review, we see if it’s up to the challenge.
Our Iokoo AI
Let’s take a closer look at what Iokoo AI has to offer:
What Does It Do?

Iokoo AI is an AI-powered IT assistant that’s always on hand to answer any technical-related problems you have. The assistant is available on a smart device or PC, and is well-suited to answering the questions of an individual or an entire organization.
The input is familiar to any user of an AI – text-based. What’s more, Iokoo aims to make its explanations easy and comprehensive, even for the most technologically illiterate of us. This is good news, but it’s also important to remember that assistants like this do come with the limitations of AI chatbots, i.e., limited specialist knowledge, hallucinations, etc.
Multilingual Corporate Support
Iokoo AI boasts a 26-language capability, substantiating its claim as an international company. Besides the ability to handle a multinational team, Iokoo AI offers custom support for companies with specific systems and workflows, relieving pressure on internal IT departments and offering customizability.
Human Escalation
You might be worried that Iokoo AI is solely an LLM support bot, but that’s not exactly true. For your average questions, the AI is more than capable of helping, but for escalations and issues that go beyond machine learning, Iokoo human technicians can also be called upon to help any time with a promised 15-minute response time. This is a good blend of human and machine to keep technicians free for the most pressing matters.
Refunds if Needed
Iokoo AI is confident in their product, so much so that they promise a refund on your subscription if their AI and technician combine can’t solve your issue. You might not need it, but this is a good promise to hold them to.
What Does It All Costs
Like most AI services these days, Iokoo AI runs on a subscription model. A big plus is that the core service offering (i.e., the IT assistant) is free, so long as users create an account.
The cost comes with the use of technicians. Your standard subscription model charges €99 (about $114 per ticket, which is quite a sum. You do have the option to lower this to €49 ($57) per ticket, but you will then need to spend €8 ($9) per month on the AI assistant.
And, as with many AI services, Iokoo AI is open to creating tailored solutions for enterprises, which you’ll have to contact them for.
Our Verdict
Iokoo AI is a very useful tool, so long as you have general IT support questions that don’t get too specific. The expensive part comes if you have to get technicians involved, which can be prohibitive for individual use. Still, the cross-platform capability and multi-language support make it very useful for remote workers and multi-device users. Good for large businesses, but not so much for individuals.
