I assume home is a particular online website. If all other websites, google etc are working fine, then none of the above makes sense?

I don’t think it is, but if it requires the internet to function, it may have elements that are stored in the cloud under your account. That makes sense because changing closed captioning in Roku and Amazon reflects on all devices, not just the one you are using. Other settings options depend on the actual problem. You may or may not have access to them without internet access. However, if can successfully get internet access by any means in the list above (especially unplugging and reinserting), the problem may resolve.

It’s killing me you’re like the fifth person who states go to the fire stick TV menu and click my account. I cannot get to the fire stick TV menu without internet according to the error message.
